Executive Chef Kevin Ruuska
Executive Chef at Ion, brings with him years of experience leading kitchens, developing menus, and preparing dishes in the Luxury Restaurant and Hospitality industry including Walt Disney World and Loews Hotel.
Kevin personally develops each menu item using the freshest ingredients. From Daily Specials to everyday menu items, the Bar and Grill at Ion will not disappoint.
